Sauteed Salt & Pepper Broccolini

Serves 2-4
Ingredients:
- 1 stalk of fresh broccolini 
- 1-2 tbsp water (optional: 1 tbsp oil) 
- Salt & pepper to taste 
Directions:
- Wash and prep broccolini, cutting and discarding the ends that may be too tough to eat, then cutting the rest into desired portion sizes 
- Heat pan and saute with water (or oil) for 3-5 minutes, mixing as needed 
- For more tenderness, cover with a lid for 2 minutes 
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper
